The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new challenges to our industry. Health and wellness are among D&M’s most important objectives, coupled with a goal to continue to identify faster, stronger and more efficient methods of approach for a contactless experience. As we navigate through this new normal, careful consideration will continue to go into all of our decisions pertaining to our COVID-19 policies.
Keeping in mind the situation surrounding COVID-19 is ever-evolving, below is an outline of some of the most important measures currently established within our workplace. These measures have been put in place for the safety of all and strict adherence to the requirements is enforced.
- Regular enforcement of face coverings and social distancing
- Amenities are now open and additional sanitation measures are being taken
- Limited face-to-face contact
- Temporary closures of common spaces and community amenities such as pools, fitness centers and computer rooms, as well as other common areas
- Providing flex schedules or remote work capabilities in roles where possible
- Mask Required for entry, Unless Fully Vaccinated
